Classic, fresh, savoury.
Made from grapes grown on the Fort Berens estate in the new GI of Lillooet, and blended with others from the Okanagan; they consistently succeed very well with this variety.
Expect red currents and plums, dark cocoa, anise, cedar, tomato leaf and savoury spice aromas, which translate to a palate laden with sweet wild berries layered with toasted spice, cocoa and tealeaf. It's got great bones, is fresh, classic and truly enjoyable.
